This major release adds a number of client requested features. The first is that the Account name is included in the contact list below the resident name, allowing for distinction between multiple touchscreens that may belong to a single resident. Another new feature is that the alert sound will now ring every 20 seconds until the alerts/notifications are viewed or until the “Mute Audible Alerts” button is pressed. This will silence notifications until another new notification is received. Finally we added support for the latest macOS versions by signing our app through Apple.

This release focuses on primarily back-end changes, with a few fixes for opening external links. We also added support for the trillium server and our upcoming transition to the Zoom Video SDK.

Handling large numbers of supported clients just got easier in 1.2.0 with a quick search bar. No more scrolling through the list when trying to find a particular resident — just start typing and the list filters. We also made a few more improvements to video calling.

This update for On-Call Client upgrades its main engine and video call libraries, improving reliability and performance. It also implements the recently introduced Account setting for variable ring length. Finally it resolves an issue with opening the notification and managed alert links in the system browser, rather than a built in browser.

This release resolves two issues that were causing intermittent issues when rejecting and auto-answering calls that would leave the application unresponsive.

This release fixed a few display related issues, especially when viewing a large number of residents.
